Licence terms

When you buy an Upeo app, you get a licence to use it under these terms.

What you get

• One ERPNext site per licence. The licence is tied to the site URL you enter at checkout. You may also run the app on test or staging copies of that same site.
• Yours to keep. The licence does not expire. You can keep using the versions you received for as long as you like.
• 12 months of updates and support from the date of purchase.

Maintenance after 12 months

Maintenance is optional and is charged yearly at the maintenance price shown on the product page. It covers fixes when platforms change their APIs, compatibility with new ERPNext versions, new features and support.

If you skip maintenance, the app keeps working on the versions you bought it for. Rejoining after a lapse costs 40% of the current licence price.

What you may not do

• Install the app on more sites than you hold licences for.
• Resell, share or publish the app or its source code, in whole or in part.
• Remove or bypass licence checks.

You may change the app's code for use on your own licensed site. Changes you make are your responsibility, and we may not be able to support a modified copy.

ERPNext implementers who want to supply our apps to clients can apply to our partner programme.

Moving to a new site

If you move ERPNext to a new address, email hello@upeo.ai with your licence key and we will move the licence.

Ending a licence

We may revoke a licence that is refunded, or used in breach of these terms. A revoked licence can no longer download the app or receive updates.
