Terms of use

These terms cover your use of marketplace.upeo.ai and any purchase you make here. The shop is run by UPEOAI LIMITED, a company registered in Kenya ("Upeo", "we"). By buying an app you agree to these terms, the Licence terms and the Refund policy.

Buying an app

• Prices are shown in Kenyan shillings (KES) or US dollars (USD). The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
• Payments are processed by Paystack. We never see or store your card number or M-Pesa PIN.
• Your order is confirmed when Paystack confirms the payment. We then email your licence key, a download link and a receipt.
• Each licence is for one ERPNext site, which you name at checkout.

Apps marked "Coming soon"

Joining a waitlist costs nothing and commits you to nothing. We will email you when the app goes on sale. Release dates and prices can change before then.

Support

Every licence includes 12 months of updates and support from the date of purchase. After that, maintenance is optional and is described on each product page and in the Licence terms.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate details at checkout, especially your email and ERPNext site URL.
• Back up your ERPNext site before installing or updating any app.
• Keep your licence key private.

Our liability

We build and test our apps carefully, but ERPNext sites differ. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an app is limited to the amount you paid for that app's licence. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Kenyan consumer protection law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms in force when you bought an app apply to that purchase.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
