Installing an app

Upeo apps are standard Frappe apps. You install them on the server that runs your ERPNext site, the same way as any other Frappe app. If someone manages your server for you, send them this page with your download.

Before you start, back up your site: bench --site your-site backup --with-files

1. Unpack the app into your bench

Copy the zip from your download to the server, then unpack it into the apps folder of your bench. The folder inside the zip is the app's name - for example opencart_connector.

cd ~/frappe-bench/apps
unzip ~/opencart_connector.zip

2. Register and install it

cd ~/frappe-bench
./env/bin/pip install -e apps/opencart_connector
echo "opencart_connector" >> sites/apps.txt
bench build --app opencart_connector
bench --site your-site install-app opencart_connector

3. Restart

bench restart

Then open ERPNext. The app's own guide, included in its folder as README.md, explains its settings.

Updates

For 12 months after purchase, new versions are available from your download link. Get a fresh link any time from Find my licences. To update, replace the app's folder with the new version, then run bench --site your-site migrate and bench restart.
