Refund policy

Every app licence comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If the app is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full licence price.

How to ask for a refund

1. Email hello@upeo.ai within 14 days of your purchase.
2. Include your order number (it starts with MKT-ORD) or your licence key.
3. Tell us briefly why - it helps us improve, but it does not affect your refund.

How the refund is paid

We process refunds through Paystack, back to the card or M-Pesa account you paid with. How long it takes to reach you depends on your bank or mobile money provider.

When a refund is made, the licence is revoked and the app should be uninstalled from your site.

After 14 days

After 14 days, licence fees are not refundable. If something is not working, contact us - fixing problems is part of the 12 months of support every licence includes.

Maintenance renewals

Yearly maintenance payments can be refunded within 14 days of payment in the same way.
